Tracy Chapman 'Fast Car (Live)'

I've heard this song countless times before, but I've never looked up who sang it and what not, but today this acapella group came and sung for us at school today, and one of the songs they did was 'Fast Car.' I was amazed by how well they did it, and the song was stuck in my head afterwards. It's just an amazing song just content wise with the story it tells about love and a relationship that can't really take off because of problems in the relationship that keep it from blossoming. Just listening to her sing it live gives it even more emotion, and the more I listen to it I feel as though I can understand her pain even though I've never gone through anything similar. This is one of those songs that have so much meaning and can be related to by so many different people. This song will live forever.

Who Remembers: Blu Cantrell

Blu Cantrell, Ms. 'Hit 'Em Up Style.' I know my fellas remember when this song came out and if you was cheating you knew what the consequences were lol. The last time I heard this song before today was in the car with my bestfriend and his mom when she turned it on, and he said this was her "I hate men playlist" lolz gooood times. This was a time when music wasn't autotuned but real voices shined through, and ladies if you're man cheating on you, just 'Hit 'Em Up Style.'

Who Remembers: Little Jackie

I LOVE ME SOME LITTLE JACKIE lol, but for real how can you forget/not have heard about them? 'The World Should Revolve Around Me' was out a few years back and was even featured on New York (of the Flavor of Love fame) Goes to Hollywood and the group (Imani Coppola and Adam Pallin) was in an episode??? sheesh come on guys get with the times. Well I'm here to bring/put you on one of my FAVORITE (a lot of caps in this post today lolz) songs by them.
