I know I've been slow on the blogging lately, but school has kept me sooo busy (senior year is NO joke) but I have a bunch of stuff to put up. This one I heard on the radio a few hours ago and it's off of P!nk's 'Greatest Hits...So Far!!!' album that she's releasing soon called 'Raise Your Glass.' It's such a catchy song, maybe the next party song? (we'll see). There used to be a snippet for the song, and you can listen to the full version on her website (i'll post the link later in the post), but I just checked and a full version of the song is now on YouTube, be sure to listen to it, drop a comment on what you think.

When I first heard it, I found it kind of sloppy-sounding.
I like it more, now that I've heard it a few times, but the one line of "Why so serious?" really bothers me. It's like she took the Joker's saying and stuck it in the song- because it's not grammatically correct and I can't imagine any songwriter writing a line like that.
I can understand where you're coming from with the "Why so serious?" line, but I guess it's because the song is kind of a party song so she's saying it like "why are you being so serious?" like it's a party so let loose and have fun
